比較: 美感，直覺性，流暢，預期反應
以美感而言，７ｈｏｕｓｅ的版面設計相對來的豐富。一進入就有各式住屋照片，容易引起看屋的好感。但要是以找屋的直覺性來說，這種排版就會顯的有些卡。比起housingmaps這種直接以地圖收尋來說，這種安排簡單流暢，讓看屋的人第一時間就可以比較其週遭的交通便捷和週遭環境。直覺性來說，我覺得兩種方式都好壞參半，因為７ｈｏｕｓｅ有室內圖片可耕參詳，但housingmaps又有地圖直接表明週遭環境，好壞難分。流暢度方面７ｈｏｕｓｅ可能還是佔了一點上風，畢竟多了關鍵字查詢，這會讓看屋人獲得更多資訊，好減少不必要的選擇。
最後當我第一眼看見和使用過後的結果我會認為７ｈｏｕｓｅ會比較合乎我的使用需求，雖然少了第一時間判讀選屋週遭的狀況，但以資訊提供度而言還是稍稍勝出一籌。
